Exchange and Return Policy

At Hyphen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

1-  Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

A. Printing & Customized Products

  • Printing Defects: If your item has printing errors, incorrect colors, or misalignment.
  • Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping.
  • Incorrect Order: If the product you received differs from what was ordered.

B. Corporate Gifts & Standard Products

  • Defective Items: If the item is faulty, broken, or not functioning as described.
  • Incorrect Personalization: If your requested engraving, embossing, or branding has errors.
  • Non-Customized Products: If the item is in its original, unused condition with packaging intact.

2-   Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

✔️ Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

✔️ Provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error.

✔️ The item must be unused and in its original packaging (unless the issue is with the printing).

3 -    Non-Returnable Items


  • ❌ Custom-printed or personalized products (unless there is a defect or error).
  • ❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • ❌ Sale or clearance items unless they are defective.

4 -   Refund & Exchange Process

  • After verification, we offer:
  • Replacement: A reprint or exchange of the item at no extra cost.
  • Refund: Full or partial refund (based on issue severity).
  • Store Credit: If preferred, you can opt for store credit for future purchases.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.

5 -   Order Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they haven’t entered production.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
