- Add 3 mm bleed
- Keep 4 mm safety margin
- Ensure resolution is at least 300 dpi
- Use CMYK as the colour mode
- Use the correct values for full colour black
- Save files in uneditable, print-ready formats
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed all fonts
- Ensure fonts are at least 6 pt
- Check that ink coverage does not exceed 300%
- Verify line thickness
- Check artwork for overprint
- Avoid using a border/frame
- Provide design for both sides in a single file
