  مرحبًا بكم في هايفن! تحكم شروط البيع هذه عملية شراء منتجاتنا وخدماتنا. من خلال تقديم طلب لدى هايفن، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الطلبات المقدمة من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال التواصل المباشر. تحتفظ هايفن بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2 -  الطلبات والدفع


  • يجب تأكيد جميع الطلبات كتابيًا أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال منصتنا الإلكترونية قبل المعالجة.​
  • يجب دفع المبلغ بالكامل أو الدفعة المتفق عليها قبل بدء الإنتاج.
  • طرق الدفع المقبولة: التحويل البنكي، البطاقات الائتمانية/الخصم المباشر، أو أي طرق أخرى يحددها النظام عند الدفع.
  • يجب دفع أي مبالغ متبقية قبل التسليم أو الاستلام.

3 -  الأسعار والخصومات


  • Prices are quoted in SAR (Saudi Riyals) or USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to material costs or currency fluctuations.
  • Discounts, promotions, or special offers are subject to terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4 -  Production & Delivery


  • Production timelines vary based on the order and will be communicated upon confirmation.
  • While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Hyphen is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.
  • Shipping fees and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5 -  Custom Orders & Proofing


  • All custom orders require customer approval before production.
  • Customers must review and approve digital or physical proofs carefully.
  • Hyphen is not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, layout, color) in approved designs

6-  Returns, Cancellations & Refunds


  • As our products are customized, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If a defect is found, the customer must notify Hyphen within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective items will be processed based on our review and discretion.
  • Cancellations are allowed only before production starts. If production has begun, the customer remains responsible for any incurred costs.

7-  Quality & Liability


  • While we use high-quality materials and professional printing techniques, slight variations in color and finish may occur.
  • Hyphen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

8-  Intellectual Property & Copyright


  • Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for printing.
  • Hyphen holds no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringements.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.​

9-  Force Majeure


  • Hyphen is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier issues, shipping delays).


10-  Governing Law & Disputes


    • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled in Saudi Arabian courts.
