 Summary:

We are seeking a Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow behind the scenes. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize files, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle email correspondence and internal communications.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • English: Fluent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance, procurement, or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
